Teach Me Too – Free Early Years Resources for Children
Learn and Thrive is a charity committed to giving children and young people with Down’s syndrome the tools they need to shine. They create high-quality online learning resources that help remove barriers and open up opportunities, so every child can feel confident and supported in their learning.
One of their key projects, Teach Me Too, is a completely free online library filled with short educational videos and downloadable resources, all created specifically for children with Down’s syndrome. The materials are developed by experienced teachers and speech and language therapists, using approaches that are proven to support learning and communication.
It’s a brilliant resource for families, schools and therapists looking for accessible, engaging learning activities that meet children where they are and help them take their next steps.
Learning for Life is another fantastic programme from Learn and Thrive, created for young people aged 8–25. It focuses on building real-life skills that support confidence, independence and future opportunities. Through practical, accessible online lessons, it helps young people learn about money, relationships, safety, employment and everyday living. The resources are designed to grow with the learner, making it a valuable tool for families, schools and support settings looking to prepare young people for adulthood in a positive, empowering way.
